Active NHS Mail address and active If a pharmacy has a shared mail address and has linked it to their personal NHS mail and has used it then great! If a pharmacy has a shared mail address but hasn’t linked it to their personal one because they either haven’t got a personal one, or they haven’t got a password for their personal one, or they just can’t link them for some reason, then they need to and clearly explain what they need (please include your ODS code in the heading) If they haven’t got a shared mail address then they need to apply through the portal Links: pharmacy-nhsmail-account/
