Overview 1/2 Objectives of the Course
Present the basic principles related to the purposes and the characteristics of the corporate governance function Provide students with a theoretical framework and solid knowledge on the role of management control systems to implement Agenda 2030 in business organizations Provide students with a comprehensive coverage on the importance of the SDGs and the awareness of the Agenda 2030 for Sustainable Development to face environmental challenges

Overview 2/2 Objectives of the Course
Examine the value creation journey along the company and along the supply chains Analyse the value creation and value distribution through IR Observe the long-term value-creation in line with SDGs and sustainability requirements.

Contents of the Course Integrated governance (compliance, performance, risk & knowledge), where performance includes economic, financial, social and environmental aspects (integrated sustainability) Integrated business performance representation ( Integrating Reporting, Integrating Thinking) Strategic management tools Programming and control systems to support corporate governance

Evaluation Methods 1/3 Written test:
Open and multiple-choice / closed questions Modularity of the exam test: There are two intermediate tests (optional) Those who accept the intermediate test score do not bring the relative topics under consideration to the final test The positive vote obtained in one of the two intermediate tests remains valid even if the other is not positively passed

Contents of the first part (weight: 50% overall evaluation - ½ for 6 cfu program) Contents of the second part (weight: 50% overall evaluation - ½ for 6 cfu program)
