5 Channel Partner Program Participation
Available to all Premier Channel Partners and Authorized SCOR Partners who opt into programs business rules Channel Partners and Network Partners will also be considered based on need and capability to support Corporate Membership customers Channel partner “opt-in” must be documented with a partner-initiated Wufoo form submission indicating a partner’s willingness to comply with business rules

6 Channel Partner Opt-In Requirements
Facilitates initial onboarding call by APICS Director, Corporate Membership Engagement within 30 days of package purchase Program introduction to the Corporate Member including the individual and organization benefits that the Partner is welcome to join Quarterly review call facilitated by APICS Manager, Member Relations Regular touchpoint to ensure full engagement of the Corporate Membership individual and organizational benefits that the Partner is welcome to join Position Corporate Membership package as a value-added program for long-term corporate customer engagement, not simply as a pathway for corporate customers to receive individual APICS membership discounts Provide the Corporate Membership group training discount program for products and services associated with each package (2.5%, 5%, or 10%) [align with Josh] Partners are free to set their own prices as always, but offering the same product benefits levels the playing field. Support a Corporate Membership interest in pursuing the transformation-centric benefits of the APICS Corporate Membership (i.e. SCORmark benchmark, People Skills Inventory, SCOR BPM Accelerator); including escalating that interest to the APICS Director, Corporate Membership Engagement Invoicing of corporation for Corporate Membership package APICS may consider direct billing of Corporate Membership package on an exception basis but a 25% reduction in the commission will apply

Partners and Corporate Members will have access to a real-time directory of current Corporate Members

8 Commission and Membership Rebates
Commissions Membership Rebates 10% for initial corporate member on package price 5% for North American Chapters plus any applicable M-Reb 5% for renewal or reinstatement if the channel partner initiated and played a material role in helping to renew/reinstate the CM 25% reduction in commission applicable for any direct billing by APICS on behalf of channel partner Applicable to North American Chapters only associated with any individual member chapter selections that occur for local engagement of individual corporate employees

9 Renewal Channel partner has the right of first refusal in renewing a Corporate Membership. If the channel partner is not interested in pursuing a renewal, they must notify APICS Manager, Member Relations, who will take ownership of the renewal.
