To prepare a quote, select products from the Product Catalog and add them to your offering basket.
Depending on your profile, you might also see prices and discounts. .

4. Offer Manager - Making Quotes using the Basket
Add products by using one of the following methods:
Side navigation bar under Products
Search bar
Product catalog sitemaps with direct links
Press “In basket” to select a product. Indicate the requested quantity. This can be modified in the basket.
The “In basket” button is located at the top right of the product page.

5. Offer Manager - Basket Details
The amount of products ordered can be changed by hovering the mouse over the quantity. You will see a red double arrow. Left-click and hold while moving to the desired row.

6. Offer Manager - Quote Options I
The quotation tool offers several format options.
All options have the following elements in common:
Article/product number
Product name
They also include empty or pre-filled* columns for:
Price
Discount in percentage
Price per piece after discount
Total after discount
Total of order (without VAT or packing costs) * only if your account includes prices and discounts
Tips: the Offer Manager can also be used to compare similar products, ultimately showing what product is best for you.

7. Offer Manager - Quote Options II
Short Quotes
Long Quotes
Technical Data
Short quotes show the price, order number, quantity, and calculates pricing after your discount has been applied.
Benefits:
More products are visible at once if the details of the description are not required
Long quotes give a description of the products you have selected.

Shows pictures of the products
Quotes with technical data show an overview of the product’s key features. Benefits:
Gives a quick overview of details and features

When using the Download Centre, you need to log in to have access to documents that are restricted or non-public availability. Public documents are accessible without login.

In order to get a list of documents, use filters that will narrow the search.
Start by selecting a ‘Product Line’, then continue defining your search.
The final results are displayed under four different tabs.
You can download multiple documents by ticking the boxes in front of them.

This module enables you to search our Approval and Certificate Database for the documents you need.
