The vision of the Advanced Academics Program is to provide a climate which values and nurtures the talents and potential of gifted and talented students and prepares them to be contributing members of the world and successful in their life.

The mission of the Advanced Academic Program is to meeting the needs of the gifted students. The curriculum that is designed is integrated, project-based, significant, relevant, and rigorous.

7. STEM (Project-Based Learning)
STEAM is a curriculum based on the idea of educating students in five specific disciplines — Science, Technology, Engineering, Art and Mathematics — in an interdisciplinary and applied approach.
Rather than teach the five disciplines as separate and discrete subjects, STEAM integrates them into a cohesive learning paradigm based on real-world applications.

13. FIRST LEGO League
FIRST LEGO League challenges kids to think like scientists and engineers. The students will choose and solve a real-world problem in the Project. They will also build, test, and program an autonomous robot using LEGO® MINDSTORMS® technology to solve a set of missions in the Robot Game. Throughout their experience, the students will operate under the FIRST signature set of core values, celebrating discovery, teamwork, and professionalism.

Using the “Design Thinking Process”, students will design and build garden beds and grow vegetables and fruit of their choice to benefit their immediate community. They will follow the foot steps of Jane Goodall and make a difference in the world through their actions. They will maintain the gardens throughout the year.
