BRC – Business Registration Certificate – Issued by the Department of Treasury Division of Revenue. Collected one time by Purchasing.
PL2005 Chapter 51 – Political Contribution Disclosure - Limits the amount of political contributions made in New Jersey over a period of time. This is a two year certification that must be renewed. Certification is issued by the Division of Purchase and Property Contract Compliance and Audit Unit.
Equal Employment Opportunity Certification – Vendor must certify that it does not discriminate in hiring. Collected one time by Purchasing.
