Two grades will be taken each week. Please check grades regularly and feel free to ask me any questions that you might have about a particular grade. I will follow the Enid Public Schools Tardy Policy. Students who are frequently tardy or absent will have difficulty staying on top of the learning that will take place because this class is activity and project based. I expect students to use class time wisely and ask for help when they need it. Students will be given one day for each day absent to make up work. Alternate assignments may be given in place of classroom activities and projects. Papers Projects Tests & Quizzes

2 Consequences and Discipline
Food and Drink Policy Make up and Late Work Water is allowed, but must be kept away from computers. No food, candy, or sugary drinks allowed. This policy is subject to change at my discretion, and at any time. Students will be given an opportunity to make up work from absences (one day for make-up for each day absent). If you know you are going to be absent beforehand, you should ask me for your make-up work before the absence. Alternate assignments may be given in place of classroom activities and projects. Late work will be accepted, but points will be deducted each day the assignment is late. Google Classroom Google Classroom will be used to get assignments and turn assignments in. This is also a great way to ask me questions about assignments when you are at home. Once your assignment is graded it will be returned to you on Google Classroom. You will be able to see the grade and any comments that I made. Consequences and Discipline I have high expectations for behavior and expect my students to abide by the school rules, class expectations and rules at all times. Those who choose to be disruptive or behave in a way that is not acceptable at school will have one or more of the following consequences. *warning *Lunch detention *Phone Call Home *visit with Principal *loss of computer use for the remainder of the period _______________________________ Curriculum Electronic Devices All classes will learn about digital citizenship, , internet safety, coding, and Google Classroom Electronic devices should be on silent and put away during class, unless otherwise instructed by the teacher or with permission. Currently Google Classroom does not have parent logins but you could always have your child login to their account at home and show you what they have been working on in class. Please do not hesitate to contact me with any questions or concerns that you have throughout the semester. I am looking forward to a great semester!
