(learn to forgive and forget) Social Health – quality of your relationships Mental Health – ability to recognize reality and cope with the demands of daily life. (confidence and self-esteem) Phobias etc Spiritual Health – usually associated with religion. A strong belief or value. Environmental Health – surroundings
