4 Gang INTERVENTION facilitator
Mr. Jose I. Jasso The Gang Intervention Facilitator (G.I.F.) works closely with students, parents, administrators, school staff, the Laredo Community, law enforcement agencies and the UISD Police Department on gang prevention and intervention strategies. In addition, the GIFs conduct numerous gang awareness presentations.

Students may come by Counseling Center to check on qualification SAT/ACT College Placement Exam for any school in Texas TAMIU LCC – Evaluates the readiness of students for college-level coursework in Texas Consists of three sections: Reading, Mathematics, and Writing Pre-Assessment Inventory Survey must be complete prior to taking the exam. 16 OFF CAMPUS FOR SENIOR YEAR
A student could have 1 Block off or 2 Blocks off per semester -Student has passed STAAR TESTS -Student has less than 10 classes to take during senior year -Permission from a parent -Transportation to get off and/or get on campus Off Campus Form needs to be filled in with a letter from a parent or guardian, receipt for college class, or check stub from an employer. If proper documentation is not turned in – your child will be given an elective class.
