The Marshmallow Challenge
In 18 minutes, build the tallest free-standing structure out of 20 sticks of spaghetti, 3 feet of tape, 3 feet of string and 1 marshmallow. The marshmallow must be on top. (Cannot tape to the surface and teams may use as much or as little of the materials given)

Human nature There are many types of people in a group Leader, follower, talker, doer, non-participant, etc. Lose-Lose, Win-Lose and Win-Win situation
