3 TEACHING POINT Today I want to teach you that it is important to keep track of your sources because it can change how much you trust the information or how you interpret it.

4 TEACHING One possibility is to take your notes like this:
Chocolate milk has Protein Vitamin A Vitamin D Calcium From Nutrition in Disguise

5 TEACHING What about something someone says…? Your notes might look like this: “Research show that children who drink flavored milk meet more of their nutrient needs, do not consume more added sugar, fat, and calories, and are not heavier than non milk drinkers.” –Melissa Dobbins, nutritionist and mom, Nutrition in Disguise Quote, who said it, who they are, and where they said it
