4. About Heidi Lauren
I am a lover of red wine, fuzzy animals and “hoodie weather.” I love to travel as much as I love to stay home in my pajamas and cuddle my husband on the couch. The top three most proud moments of my life include watching a client walk down the aisle away from me, to marry the love of his or her life. I’ve been in the wedding industry as a planner since March 2015, but have been working weddings in various other capacities (including photography and catering) for over ten years. I have become a certified wedding and event planner as of November 2015, from Lovegevity University and Kennesaw State University. While working towards my certification for Wedding and Event Planning in 2015, I’ve worked as a Wedding Coordinator part-time for another local Smyrna-based planning company, as well as at a brewery in Marietta as Events Manager. I have made “mini” weddings a focus of my business because I think they’re underrated and misunderstood. Whether you choose to have a small, intimate wedding because you want/need to save money OR want only a few people there, you should still have options; Photography, location, a fancy dress or tux, a bouquet.. and you don’t have to settle for a courtroom backdrop. There are practical and affordable alternatives. So, use your imagination and let Hello Love help you make your day amazing; Big or small!

5. Short Essay + Mission
Hello Love provides offers day-of and full service coordinating offers day-of and full service coordinating, planning, managing and consulting, specializing in intimate and pop up weddings. We plan weddings and other events that are fun with character and personality, that help the customer save time, money or both. We plan weddings and events that are awesome, practical, emotional, mindful of the community and environment, full of character and personality, and have a profound effect on the attendees due to actual value vs cost. We create exceptional mini weddings that place emphasis on emotion and relationships with small, attractive, thoughtful details, to maximize quality and minimize quantity.
Hello Love’s grand opening celebration will take place at Marietta Square Artist’s Attic. Wine and beer will be provided from the Artist Attic’s sister business, The Local Exchange. Light bites will also be served, and donations will be accepted for Must Ministries; Helping Marietta’s neighbors in need. The launch party’s suggested attire is classy casual. Black pants or nice jeans, dresses and leggings, sweaters and scarves, blouses and button-downs, boots and heels are all acceptable. The theme is rustic; based on chalkboards, reclaimed wood, steel and antiques. DJ AudioPrism will entertain and Krisandra Evans will be taking candid photos of guests, as well as catching people at the selfie photo booth with beer themed props.
Attending guests will be offered a discount for a future event coordinated by Hello Love, and will be able to take home their own doggie bag of goodies from the DIY candy bar. UBER use will be encouraged.
