2. Situation:
Anas Agro Farm was recently awarded a land of 20 ha land for vegetable production. This company is planning to do a crop rotation crop such as corn-beans-chili rotation (or any other suitable vegetable) under leased land for 3 years. The company have the capital of RM50,000 from the bank loan. A part of your work as the manager, you are also responsible to provide a complete plan of farming operation and production. The proposed work rate was at 10 ha per day. Provide a complete machinery type suitable for the operation, schedule, the approach you would suggest to farm owner to take either to purchase, rent or leasing the machinery in order to optimize the profit with in 3 years period and the plan after 3 years business. Prepare a simple production schedule for the machinery application complete with the brief of each of the application.
