Row 4 – Excel has a header row that Ariba ignores. So check the NEXT ROW (#5). Sheet 2 Requirements is the TAB to look on What Ariba didn’t like (Yes or No would be valid boolean answers) Make yourself read the Notice!!!!!! November 13, 2018

If you have answered any questions manually after you do an upload, you MUST download again. This ensures your changes are captured in the new worksheet. Don’t attach files until the end of your upload process. Don’t add comments until the end of your upload process.
