Our ISI perspectives are rooted in our ideals
4
ISI PERSPECTIVES… Our ministry at ISI is like the “ant” in Proverbs 6
Why I believe in the ISI vision… Design – strategic (planned, premeditated & intentional) Delivery – of the Gospel is unique Dialogue – friendship evangelism Dedication – superlative staff
5
ISI PERSPECTIVES… We must prayerfully work together toward moving ISI from being a “good” organization to being a “great” organization. We are seeking not just to be international, but rather “global” in terms of fulfilling the Great Commission.
6
ISI PERSPECTIVES… We must make Full-Cycle Evangelism and global follow-up a high priority for the future. The ideal ISI employee has a passion for the Great Commission, is striving for excellence in all things, and is a Biblical style servant/leader.
7
ISI PERSPECTIVES… The Joshua and Caleb style of leadership is essential as we move into the future. Our methods may change at ISI, but our primary mission remains unchanged.
