In class we discussed with our partners a personal flashbulb memory. Is there a particular event that occurred during your lifetime that you and your peers would easily remember? Where you were, what you were doing, etc?

Emotion and Memory Mood Congruent Memory - when we feel happy we recall other happy memories. Likewise, when we feel depressed we remember other unhappy events.

Visit the website and view the video titled “Eyewitness Testimony.” After viewing, answer the following questions in your journal: 1. How does this case make you feel? What emotions did this elicit? 2. If you were Ron Cotton would you have been able to forgive Jennifer? Why or why not? 3. Is $110,000 worth 11 years of your life? Why or why not?
