Purpose To inform TSMs (Transitioning Service Members) of the opportunities for Veterans as subcontractors for federal contracts.

What is this program about?
The Office of Government Contracting works to maximize participation by small, disadvantaged, Woman-owned, Veteran-owned, or Service-Disable Veteran-owned small businesses in federal government contract awards. The government knows there are Disabled Veterans out there, that are extremely talented and want to procure services from them.

Do I qualify for the program?
The Service Disabled Veteran (SDV) must have a service-connected disability that has been determined by the Department of Veterans Affairs or Department of Defense The business must be small under the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to the procurement The SDV must unconditionally own 51% of the business The SDVO must control the management and daily operations of the business The SDV must hold the highest officer position in the business
