Second Amendment to Cooling Water Supply Agreement l Increases reclaimed water commitment to OUC to 14.7 mgd in addition to the landfill stormwater l Water will continue to be delivered to OUCs pond to be used for cooling water l OUC will continue to pay applicable rate l Provides County option to deliver additional cooling water for all future units

Landfill Gas Sale and Purchase Agreement l New agreement directly with OUC l OUC will build/operate gas treatment system l System will be installed in landfill property l County will install/maintain gas collection system l 30 years with two 10-year renewals l Estimated average revenue of $8 million per year based on projected gas production
