1. Pankakes with cream and jam
Ingredients:
You will need:
1l milk
440g flour
2 eggs
40g sugar
Oil
Salt

2. Instructions: Pancakes
1.Put the eggs, milk, sugar into a bowl, add the flour and mix them.
When the dough is smooth ,  pour in the remaining milk

4. 2. Put a bit of the dough in to the pan.

6. 3. Fry the pancakes on both sides on the teflon pan

8. 4.Fill the fried  panckaes with  jam, fold in quarters. Put cream on top. Serve warm .
