Figure 1 Single-strand conformation polymorphism analysis revealed a shift in the sequence of HOX A11 F1/R1 PCR product in one sample. As it can be seen, an extra band is produced after the electrophoreses of the product below the arrow, which is not apparent in other samples when compared with each other.
