Water helps break food down into nutrients before passing through intestinal wall and into the blood stream. Transportation Minerals and vitamins dissolve in water. Blood carries oxygen and nutrients to the cells that need them. Cushioning and Moisturizing Moisture from water cushions joints, tissues, and organs to protect them from shock. Waste Removal Water helps filter out pollutants and toxins and get rid of waste products.
