2. Two Main Objectives
Add VIG specific content to the NFRC documents where required
Test VIG in window frames – how do the results compare with the LBNL simulations.

3. 1. Updates to NFRC Documents
Task group split into sub teams to review the NFRC documents to determine where content was needed.
All recommendations reviewed by the task group members.
Recommended changes to be presented to the specific committees responsible for content, ballot the changes and update the documents:

4. 2. VIG Testing RFQ budget submitted to the board.
Team determined the most optimized test program:
Simulate VIG constructions in Window/Therm v7 programs:
2 frame materials (aluminum / PVC)
2 frame (2 manufacturers)
8 simulations.
Action: Volunteers to write up RFQ.
Lab Physical Testing
VIG center of glass using GHP method.
VIG window constructions from above – thermal hot box testing.
