1. How to Register for MyHumana and Go365

2. Select Sign In at Humana.com

3. Select Register Now

4. Ensure Member is selected in the left-hand column and select Get Started

5. Select All other members, fill in required fields and select continue

6. Enter your e-mail address, then choose a username and password and select Submit

7. Select Continue to MyHumana

8. Click the Go365 tab at the top of the screen

9. Take the Go365 Health Assessment and start earning your way to Silver Status!
