4 RCMA Code of Conduct Review
Each RCMA member representative is required to: Represent his or her company in a highly professional manner during industry meetings – considering opposing views and maintaining decorum in RCMA sessions Treat all members, staff, and guests with dignity, courtesy, and respect To avoid any physical or verbal conduct that could be construed as harassment or discrimination on the basis of race, gender, religion, nationality, or sexual orientation.

The Past Presidents Council will ensure the highest quality for RCMA's future leadership. The Past Presidents Council also will provide a means for RCMA's Past Presidents to stay involved with RCMA by encouraging suggestions on future priorities and direction. To serve as an advisory group for the RCMA President and Board of Directors. The Council will consist of all living RCMA and RRCI Past Presidents who are RCMA members and who wish to participate.

20 RCMA Bylaws - Proposed Updates
Removal of the expired bylaws clauses stemming from the RCMA/RRCI merger A provision addressing member company representatives within the Board of Directors composition – Each Board Director must represent a different company. Additions of references to Board-adopted policies to incorporate the RCMA Code of Conduct into the bylaws Removal of a provision pertaining to the requirement that an RRCI Chair sit on the Board.

21 RCMA Bylaws - Review & Approval Process
RCMA Bylaws may be altered, amended, or repealed and new Bylaws may be adopted at any regular or special meeting of the Regular Members at which quorum is present by affirmative vote of two thirds of the Regular Members present at such meeting, provided that at least fifteen days' written notice is given of intention to alter, amend, or repeal or to adopt new Bylaws at such meeting.
