3 Operator Support for Child Online Protection
Policy control based solutions are available to help operators protect children from: inappropriate content fraud unsolicited messaging potential harassment

4 Cyber Cafés Access to Internet in Egypt is quite common through Cyber Café’s and Technology Clubs License process only considers location and minimum security profile for the licensee. No license renewal or regular inspection of location Large percentage of users are minors, for web surfing, social networking, and gaming No ability to keep track of usage for minors

5 Cyber Cafés Propose to modify license agreements of cyber cafes
renewed per year condition of maintenance of operational infrastructure Propose topology/design for Cyber Cafés to provide secured access and storage of activity logs Propose Net-Safe or Internet Safety Project logo to be posted on compliant cafés Propose to form a supportive entity to look after net Cafes' "Net-Safe- Architecture Authorization” in coordination with enforcement bodies
