Data transfer (manual, or USMT)

Wipe hard drives multiple times
If donating, either go with blank hard drive or install with original image if requested
Caveat – if client taking home to use for work
May leave as is (discouraged)
Tell them to bring back for disposal (do they? - not always and no way to track it after that)
Tell them there’s no formal support after this (they don’t always hold to that)
