Summary The audit reports highlighted areas that the previous contractor had not built to the agreed specifications. This has been very disappointing and has resulted in additional delays. Hastoe have taken the decision to instructed a structural engineer to investigate potential issues and prepare a schedule of works. This work has been completed and the remedial works have commenced. We appreciate that the additional delay will have an impact on the local residents hoping to secure homes in this development, However, Hastoe are committed to provide good quality homes for the community and it is essential the build is to specification.
