The CareerSource Okaloosa Walton, in conjunction with the Eglin & Hurlburt Edu Center, is pleased to announce the DoD Career Skills Program (CSP) - Internship. This program allows Active Duty Servicemembers who are within 180 days of separation to accept internships with your Company. Benefits to Businesses: Build talent pipeline to fill po- tential job opportunities Access to candidates with spe- cialized skills holding active se- curity clearance Customized training, your way Worker’s Compensation provid- ed by The DoD Simple process, minimal Paperwork Interns will continue receiving their normal active duty salary and benefits by the DoD while on training. What is the Process? Employers: Provide job titles of potential in- ternship opportunities. Provide job descriptions a long with additional requirements, etc. Complete and agree to section 4 & 5 of the Vetting Checklist once an in- terested intern has been identified. Provide your company, con- tact and job opportunity in- formation by completing our Employer Intake Form. What is the duration of the train- ing?
