Use Query is easy for user to locating the best parameters
This Database including 2 parts: 1./ Factory Database: Professional Cutting Parameters for Steel, Copper, Aluminum, cutting 1 / 3 /5 times, 20mm-300mm height , different efficiency and roughness, user can not modify it 2./ User Database: User can add in best parameters for special material and height, according to user’s best cutting experience or cutting test. Also can delete old parameters
6
1./ Material: Because of Translation Problem, you have to input material manually. There are material in factory database: Cr12, 45 steel, Copper, AL 2./ Ignore Check box: If you click the Ignore, means database will list all data of this item 3./ Query Range in Factory Database: Height: mm Efficiency: mm2/min. Roughness: Ra Explanations for Database Over

Clear Corner Angle Settings
Mainly use setting for Cutting Inner Hole
18
Offset : Right Clear Angle: Left Type: Angular bisector Offset : Left Clear Angle: Right Type: Extended Line Clear Corner Angle Settings 1./ Left & Right(in creat2 path2): Left offset with right clear angle Right offset with left clear angle 2./ Clear Angle Type Extended Line or Angular bisector 3./ Clear Angle degree Must Large than any inner corner angle Usually set as 270degree is enough
19
Clear Corner Angle Settings
4./ Slope Line( Only for Inner Hole) If Slope line length is 0 , after one time cutting, wire almost turn 90 degree at cut point to next time cutting path, easy hurt the surface or cut point smooth not very good. If slope line length >0, wire will gradually move from cut point to next cutting path , will not hurt the surface and cut point smooth is better
