1 Procedures used to Determine the Number of Coxswain and Crew, Aircraft Pilot in Command, and Radio Operator hours. 11/13/2018

2 Enter the “Member Activities” Cube

3 Open the “All Years” folder (click on the “+”) and right click on “CY2003” then left click on “Filter.” 11/13/2018

4 Open the “All Facilities” folder and right click on “Boat” then left click on “Filter.”

5 Open the “All Positions” folder and right click on “Lead” then left click on “Filter”

6 Open the “All Units” folder and drill down to your division
Open the “All Units” folder and drill down to your division. Right click on the division then left click on “Filter.” 11/13/2018

7 After clicking on “Zero Suppress” and “Swap” the results give the hours performed in 2003, in a boat facility, by those serving as “Lead.” 11/13/2018

8 To show just the total hours for all the applicable missions, right click on the “All Missions” column heading, then left click on “Hide/Show.” 11/13/2018

9 All the missions move to the right, then click on “OK.”
On the “Hide/Show” pop up, click on “Select All” then the right facing arrow. All the missions move to the right, then click on “OK.” 11/13/2018

10 The display now shows the total hours for all missions performed in 2003, on a boat, by the Lead, for each flotilla in the selected division. 11/13/2018

11 To see the hours by member, right click on the small rectangle over the column, the left click on “Down a Level” on the pop up. 11/13/2018

12 The hours are now shown for the members
The hours are now shown for the members. To see the members sorted in descending order of the hours, left click on “All Missions” then left click on the arrows and click on “Sort Descending.” 11/13/2018

13 The display now shows the hours performed in descending order.

14 To be able to use this report in the future with out all of the previous steps, you can bookmark it. Anytime when on line, clicking on the bookmark will bring up the report with the latest data. 11/13/2018

15 When the screen repaints, add it to your Favorites
The report is now ready to save. First, Bookmark it. Click on the Bookmark icon, When the screen repaints, add it to your Favorites To save the report click on the “File” icon, Then click on “Export CSV” 11/13/2018

16 To display the hours performed by crew members, return to the tree and right click on “Non Lead” then click on “Filter.” 11/13/2018

17 The display now shows the hours performed by Crew, on a boat, in 2003, in descending order.

18 When the screen repaints, add it to your Favorites
The report is now ready to save. First, Bookmark it. Click on the Bookmark icon, When the screen repaints, add it to your Favorites To save the report click on the “File” icon, Then click on “Export CSV” 11/13/2018

19 Return to the opened “All Facilities” folder and right click on “Aircraft” then left click on “Filter.” 11/13/2018

20 In the “All Positions” folder, right click on “Lead” and left click on “Filter” in the pop up.

21 The hours for members flying as “Pilot in Command” in 2003 are shown.

22 By right clicking on “Radio” and then clicking on “Filter” all missions performed by a radio resource will be shown. 11/13/2018

23 The “Dimension Line” reminds you of what Filters are in effect, the unit, Radio facility, CY2003, and LEAD 11/13/2018

24 Any number of other activities performed by members in a selected position, on a selected resource, can be displayed by changing the selection in the “All Missions,” “All Units,” “All Positions,” and “Measures” folders as appropriate. 11/13/2018
