During the first three years of a school-wide change process, concerns generally reflect at least one of the following three themes:
A need for more information about the change;
A need for information about how the change will impact a person on a day-to-day basis (including whether that person has the skills necessary to implement the change); and
A need to know how to manage new work requirements (such as how to embed schoolwide expectations in the current curriculum)
