Growing up in the church, and studying different doctrines Aquinas eventually came in contact with great preachers “new Aristotle”, who strengthened his own interest. St. Thomas is greatly known for his writing, he covered almost every conceivable topic of christian theology, in just fifty works. After his writings explored all the aspects of creation including God, angels, and human beings. After his death he received the title of common Doctor of the church. Aquinas was widely important because he helped push towards the renaissance by reintroducing the philosophy of Aristotle to the west. His own theology used Aristotle philosophy to interpret Christianity.
