4. Choose 6 modules over 6+ months
This is a blended programme with some digital and flip learning as well as face to face (but NO boring elearning) and includes a business improvement project where managers can implement learning and make an impact. We create an online group to share knowledge and build a network. We also agree Return on Expectation (and investment) with you up front. There are optional extras like one to one coaching and 360 reviews, or tools to identify strengths.
