3 Target 1 Ensure high standards of attainment and improve rates of progress throughout the school. Raise progress rates across key stage 1 and key stage 2 so that they are at least in line with those of other pupils nationally who have similar starting points.

Introduction of a new assessment calendar, regular pupil progress meetings and termly tests. The accuracy of our judgements has been validated by 3 different moderations! Introduction of a ‘cpa’ mastery approach to teaching Maths. This will be developed further with the introduction of Maths No Problem!
