If all the criteria below are satisfied then a referral can be made to the Young Carers Project.
The young person is carrying out significant caring tasks and assuming a level of responsibility for another person, which would usually be taken by an adult?
The young person is responsible for the care of a member of their immediate family who has a physical illness, disability, mental health problem or dependency on alcohol or drugs
The young person is aged between years old and is the MAIN CARER
The young person is living in the borough of Harrow.
