Was it: weak, limp, firm, painful, sweaty?
Quick tips to a good handshake:
Be firm, or match the grip of their hand.
“Shake” 2-3 times.
Hold about 2-5 seconds.
Keep palms perpendicular to the floor.
Eye Contact is a must.
Be sure you are standing.
