Presentation Musts… Less Is More – 15 Minutes only – Use Graphics, minimise text, Keep It Simple 15 slides with key sound-bites (3-4 per slide...the rest is your story!) Utilise back-up slides to pull out during the Q&A session (anticipate questions and prepare)

Why does your company exist - purpose? What business are you in? What market you address? Who are you? What significant milestone have you reached?

Slide 2 – Pain, what’s the big problem
Define the opportunity (Customer Pain) Who are your customers? What is their big problem? How important is a resolution? Quantify the problem concisely!

Slide 3 – Your Solution Compelling description of your solution
Graphics, illustrations, pictures, video What is it, what does it do? KISS (Keep It Simple Stupid) Key Benefits (don’t go into technical detail) USPs

Frame your market Type (who are your customers) Size (Addressable & Market Focus) Growth (AGR) Maturity (Buying Cycle) How will your solution be positioned? Demonstrate market fit Market penetration

What is your “unfair advantage”? What are your differentiators that “hook” the decision makers? What is your solution’s life cycle? Why should the customer pay for it What is your value proposition? Quantify the solution

What does the competition look like? Are there alternative solutions? Barriers to Entry Who are your target customers? How do they buy? What’s holding you back?
