City’s electric provider since 1916 Approximately 280 employees Provides billing, collection, customer support for all five (5) City services Provides meter reading for electric, water and metered sewer services Generates and distributes electricity to more than 105,000 customers Manages and maintains electric transmission and distribution systems

Program Overview ITRON AMI project started 6 months before the CIS project by executing a pilot of 1000 meters (water & electric) Oracle C2M project will parallel AMI’s full deployment Meter data will build in the Itron headend during the C2M project Oracle Field Service Cloud will be implemented and tested within CIS / MDM’s system and integration testing
