Onchocerciasis, commonly known as river blindness , is caused by the parasitic worm Onchocerca volvulus.
Onchocerciasis is an eye and skin disease.
In the human body, the adult worms produce embryonic larvae that migrates though the skin, eyes and etc.

The term is usually applied to disease caused by Arenaviridae.
Hemorrhagic fevers are transmitted by mosquitoes.
