FOR RELIANCE PETROLEUM –JAM NAGAR REFINERY POWERED BY GALLER GRID Galler India envisions a future where Men and Machines speak to each other on a common platform so as to co-exist and create an environment of efficiency and safety ,which in turn shall create a better world. Smart vehicles is a step in that direction.

2 PURPOSE Equipment monitoring or data collection is a manual operation and dependent on the operator working on the machine. With the help of IoT techniques and RTUs, remote monitoring / analysis of equipment performance can be done and alerts generated for the critical parameters. The Parameters can be classified under following sections: Safety Fuel monitoring Maintenance & Operation data Track & Trace

4 PARAMETERS The followings Parameters will be monitored by the Remote Telemetric Unit (RTU): Engine ignition status (on/off ), equipment idle time SLI By Pass - Trigger + Data Overload trigger at specific % Hour meter Over hosting Trigger KM reading Load Lifted data Engine Temperature - Trigger for high temp Operator authentication Articulation angle for Pick & carry Engine Oil Presssure - Trigger for low pressure Trigger on extended teli boom below specific angle Trigger on SLI disconnect / By pass
