Who are we ? We are a group of 14 students from different school sectors, we are all from Palermo, and each one of us worked for the making of this project. The institute I attend is a secondary education institute ‘’Enrico Medi ‘’ divided in to 2 main sectors industrial and professional With in; then are several addressis : the professional sector are : mechanic , mechetronic electronic , elettric audiovisual fascion and disigned, social sector, beaty and healt We are a group of 14 students from different sectors, we are all from Palermo, and each one of us worked for the making of this project. Speaking about it, our idea is to mix tradition and innovation, in fact this project is about the production of a traditional liqueur : The Limoncello.

Asiatic people brought here, in Sicily, lemon and nowadays we use it in different ways in our cuisine. Our project is based on one of the most important local products: sicilian lemon. Lemon was imported by the Arabs in Europe

We also use it to make a liqueur called Limoncello
that is a sweet liqueur made of alcohol and lemon rind. Lemon in sicilian cucine is widely used: we use it in marmalades and also to dress meat and fish. Our project coucernes the use of lemon for the production a typical sicilian liquor, limoncello We also use it to make a liqueur called limoncello; limoncello is a sweet liqueur made of alcohol and lemon rind. This lemon rind stays into the alcohol for one night so it takes the taste from the lemon rind. After this process we have to boil water with sugar for the sweet part of this drink. Then we have to mix the first mixture with the second one and this is how we make a good home made limoncello.

Our main idea is to show you the limoncello recipe so as to prepare it and spread it in your countries

But the innovative part of our product is the bottle which is divided into two parts; the first part contains classic limoncello and the second part contains the lemon cream which is a sweet cream that tastes lemon. You can taste limoncello in 2 versions: liquor and cream liquor. Somethimes it’s a bit difficult to decide to taste one or the other so we decided to create a double bottle and taste both at lowerprice

With this kind of bottle you can mix your limoncello with the lemon cream, so to make your limoncello tastier, creamy and less alcoholic. Once you buy the bottle you can reuse it for oil and vinegar, or white and red wine
