Service Catalog & Service Request Fulfillment: a full Service Request fulfillment case management, multiprocess solution, with support to structured and unstructured processes. The Service Catalog implements a full “shopping-cart like” user experience to request all type of services and suppors activation of processes in external applications. The Service Request Fullfillment process is a case management application which supports integration of several processes, including request management and all procure-to-pay process. The solution supports integration with ERP systems. Project and Portfolio Management: a full, Best Practices compliant (PMI, Prince2, etc.), PPM solution, with support to several, interrelated processes: Demand Management, Project Management, Resource Management, Time Management (timesheets), Program Management, Portfolio Management (with proposal/project prioritization support). The solution supports Financial Management functionalities (budget, planned cost vs. actual costs, forecasts) and is compatible with Microsoft Project. The solution is designed as a case management, multi process, application and supports structured and unstructured processes. Asset Management: a full Asset Management solution with support to lifecycle management, TCO, contract management, procurement, technical specification. The solution supports also the specificity of IT asset management: CMDB, configuration management, integration with discovery tools, license management, etc. Supports integration with ERP. Financial Management: Budget Lifecycle Management, Cost management. The solution is fully integrates with all the other accelerators and leverages all the cost management functionalities with support to management audits. Fleet Management: full vehicle fleet management solution with support to all lifecycle of all vehicles and all related processes: maintenance, deadlines, reservations of shared vehicles, fines, costs, authorizations, approvals. Complex case management with several interrelated processes. Supports structured and unstructured processes.
