Admin & Teacher Dashboard
I’m excited to share with you the brand new Odysseyware Dashboard to allow you to use real-time data to inform your daily instructional decisions!
2
data DASHBOARD Odysseyware provides visual and intuitive data at your fingertips to immediately inform instruction through our new Teacher Dashboard! The teacher dashboard is found within the reports tab of the OW LMS and provides key color-coded data points on what teachers want most – progress (or overdue assignments) and overall scores! The dashboards are fully interactive and help teachers make key decisions about next steps of instruction, including providing even more granular data (click), forming learning groups and ongoing progress monitoring! Let’s take a closer look!
3
guided TOUR The OW Dashboard includes a guided virtual tour that helps teachers and administrators understand the data points and how to easily navigate the dashboard. When ready, just click “end tour” to start viewing the dashboard. Click 1 – advance to next slide

admin CONTROLS At the top of the dashboard, for administrators and Super teachers, are “admin controls”. This allows administrators views into data for multiple campuses, as well as multiple teachers. And, if the administrator also teaches a group of student, views into just their students’ data. interactive DATA The “lifesaver” provides insight into overall assignment completion, or overdue assignments! Red indicates students have 5+ assignments overdue, yellow indicates 1-4 overdue assignments, and green indicates 0 overdue assignments. So clearly, a teacher can see where the majority of her students stand in terms of overdue assignments by simply reviewing the colors and hovering over each area to see numbers of enrollments. Click 1 – 5+ overdue assignments on the Lifesaver

filter by performance METRICS
By clicking on the red portion of assignment completion, I can now see the student breakdown data for which students have 5 or more assignments overdue. I can also use the arrow buttons near the overdue assignments section to sort by most overdue assignments and least overdue assignments, as well as overall course progress (most complete and least complete). Click 1 – ascending/descending filter for Overdue assignments
7
filter by performance METRICS
In addition, teachers can also filter for performance metrics, such as current score. For example, I just want to filter for students who are in the average of 60% current score, I can click…. Click 1 – 60% bar in the Current Score section
8
filter by performance METRICS
And see the breakdown of students scoring in the 60% range. Again, teachers can sort by highest and lowest scores. But teachers can also use the “export” button to export data snapshots at any time! Click 1 – Export button
9
export DATA Here, teachers can export data in PDF or CSV files, which allow for further sorting and filtering. See an example of visual exportable data only available through OW. And click the “clear filter” button to remove filters and sort by new data points. Click 1 – to remove Click 2 - clear filter button
