Why did we choose video newsletter?
Blocked out a set amount of time to create and tape, and then finished More people are informed Reaching a new audience More collaborative in nature A project that is always evolving and improving

Where do we start? Gina - Ideas and Script Gina -
Plan a day which to shoot Gina organizes where and who to shoot and interview Eric and Ryan - Plan depending on which day and equipment needed Location of shoot Logistics (lighting, wind, extra noise) Eric and Ryan - Equipment and Location

Process: How do we create the focus and script?
Create an idea at the beginning of the month Focus on the positive Educate the parents of the students’ and staffs’ great work Respond to questions and concerns Give advice for follow through at home Spread the word past the parents Use children to spread their messages Script Write before we tape with questions/statements

Storage & Sharing Store all info in Google Drive - Organized by Month
Scripts, Notes, Pictures and Videos Google Drive allows for us to collaboratively combine photos and videos. Store the finished video on YouTube Channel Youtube allows us to share the video easily via a URL Link Sharing can be through Schoology, Facebook, , etc...
