Project Scope: To develop and implement e-procurement solution which enables vendor registration, e- tendering (both goods and services), reverse auction, forward auction, carry out forward and backward integration with SAP and develop interface to publish tender enquiries, corrigenda thereon and details of bid awards.

4 Introduction This presentation has been prepared for an Indian Petroleum eProcurement Project. The purpose of this case study is to present the overall workings summary of the project. eProcurement Application has been developed to ensure fairness in its dealings with all stakeholders. With the objective of increasing transparency in its dealings with vendors, contractors, suppliers and service providers.

The purpose of this System Test Plan is to establish the scope, schedule, test deliverables and release criteria required to implement effective software test functions for the application. SCOPE Scope of the system testing includes the following activities for all modules as per the requirement: Test Plan Preparation Test Plan Review Test Plan Review Incorporation Test Plan finalization and approval TYPE Unit Testing Functional & Usability Testing Load and Performance Testing Security Testing

Following features are developed for Mobile Application:- - Tender Listing and Search Provision - Providing details for Published corrigendum. - Allowing User to view result for each event. - Like/ Unlike Events - Sharing of events details through social Media - Allowing user to Synch data at any point of time - Providing Notifications to user related to event for each action being processed for the event.
