Centre for Disability Studies Questions for potential partners? What previous research have you done on disability? Have you done research with other ‘vulnerable’ groups? What previous research have you done relevant to the specific proposal? Do you have an example of work you have published on these issues? Do they have a more social or individual approach to disability? What qualitative and/or quantitative skills does your team have? Are you committed to participatory methods?

(what project management experience and delivery Have you participated in previous European project consortia? What kind of resources can you offer in facilities, co-funding, people…? What kind of role do you want in the project? Do you want to be the co-odinator?

What country-specific contacts can you offer to the project? Would you be willing to employ or work with people with (e.g. intellectual, physical, sensory) impairments as a colleague? Do you know who we are and what we do, and about DPOs?

Do you use any model contracts or consortia agreements for these kinds of collaborations? What model does your university use for calculating your costs in preparing a proposal budget? Are they are restrictions on intellectual property rights? Are you clear about the kinds of concepts and models that we are planning to use?
