Some of the "Solution" seeking by the Tibetan government in exile
Dalai Lama Without seeking independence for Tibet, the Central Tibetan Administration strives for the creation of a political entity comprising the three traditional provinces of Tibet; Such an entity should enjoy a status of genuine national regional autonomy; Until the time Tibet is transformed into a zone of peace and non-violence, the Chinese government can keep a limited number of armed forces in Tibet for its protection; Why not: No country will accept such political entity inside, which doesn't obey the central government of the country. This is clearly another form of independent. What does genuine national regional autonomy refers to? Should China endure whatever kinds of political system the Dalai Lama wants, even the feudal-serfdom system? How about afterwards? It’s not possible for any sovereignty(統治権) to give up the right to have forces on its own dominion(領土).
