Summary There is an opportunity for public services to redesign how we deliver services to those who need us most. Need to move from a model of public service delivery that focuses on reactive response and crisis intervention to a model that concentrates on prevention and early intervention. Reducing inequalities is therefore the main focus of Community Planning Aberdeen.
