19. In the Upright position – the lateral condyle may be parallel or lower (more inferior) than the medial condyle = depending on the width of the hips
With the recumbant lateral = the medial condyle will project more inferior (lower) = thus the need for a C/R angle of 5 to 7 degrees ↑

24. Under rotation medial condyle posterior – needs to move anterior (lat rot) toward IR
