3. Draft-ietf-pwe3-atm-encap-01.txt N- to one cell mode is default mode.
Changes since draft-martini-atm-encap-mpls-00.txt:
N- to one cell mode is default mode.
Cleaned up several repetitions.
Problems:
Control word of one-to-one encapsulation modes does not comply with the PWE3 architecture document.

4. draft-ietf-pwe3-ethernet-encap-02.txt Changes since version 01 :
Incorporated many comments from list except :
Tagged option still needs reworking.
Proposal to have single raw mode with a special well defined NSP function.
Changes are diminishing. Should we resolve this last issue and move to WG Last Call ?
